Stole My Heart

He made me a promise
Not out loud.
Only with his eyes.
Lied, thats what his eyes did
To me. they promised
Me safety and warmth
But all i got was anger and frustration
He made me believe him. the Devil
Stole my soul
My last words to him were "never let me go" now my
Heart is bleeding rivers of regret
While my mind says
"He deserves it"
Did i do the right thing?
it is hard to know for sure anymore
